跨文化传播中的情感密码:笑脸元素的传播效能与作用机制

摘要:

在跨文化传播中,情感要素的作用日益凸显。其中,针对性的情感激活与调节策略,能够有效弱化文化隔阂、缩小认知差距。本研究以笑脸元素为切入点,通过三项实验探究其对跨国旅游宣传效果的影响。研究发现,无论是短视频还是平面海报,笑脸元素都能显著提升受众的积极情绪和旅游意愿,该效应既具有跨文化普适性,又在不同文化情境中表现出程度差异。进一步分析表明,情绪效价在笑脸元素与传播效果间起中介作用,而笑容类型的差异影响不显著。本研究证实,笑脸元素通过情绪感染机制,可在不同文化群体间构建情感层面的意义共享空间。这一策略为跨文化传播实践提供了理论依据,也为利用情感符号优化国际旅游宣传提供了可行路径。
