本文系作者就成都市少数民族流动人口问题的调查报告。文章概述了成都市少数民族流动人口的基本情况 ,指出其主要问题是盲流及其导致的犯罪 ,并总结了成都市有关部门处理少数民族流动人口问题的各种措施和经验。强调指出 ,西部散杂居民族地区城市民族工作应当妥善地处理城市少数民族流动人口的问题 ,以兴其利、弃其弊 ,促进西部民族地区城市社会的稳定、经济的发展和各民族人民的团结。

This paper is a survey of the problem of floating minority people in Chengdu. It narrates the basic situation of the floating minority people in Chengdu and points out the main problem is blind flow and crimes caused by it. It examines the measures and experience of concerning Chengdu organs dealing with the problems of floating minority people. The paper emphasizes that urban national work in west areas where minority people live as scattered members or in mixed communities should reasonably deal with problem of floating minority people in cities, taking its advantages and avoiding its disadvantages, to promote the stability of urban society, economic development and the national solidarity in west nationality regions.
