文化适应压力在探讨完美主义、社会联结与来华留学生心理健康的关系中有重要作用。采用心理学问卷调查法,考察了772名来华留学生完美主义、社会联结、文化适应压力与心理健康的水平,分析了四者之间的关系。结果表明:(1)来华留学生完美主义与文化适应压力、抑郁间存在显著正相关,社会联结与文化适应压力、抑郁间存在显著负相关,完美主义与社会联结间存在显著正相关;(2)完美主义正向预测抑郁水平,文化适应压力起完全中介作用;(3)社会联结负向预测抑郁水平,其中文化适应压力起部分中介作用。高校应进一步提升来华留学生心理健康工作,重视来华留学生与中国社会的联系。
