数字化转型、技术陷阱与企业核心竞争力

摘要:

数字化转型旨在实现先进技术赋能微观市场主体高质量发展,而非数字技术风险转嫁和成本转移。实证检验数字化转型对企业核心竞争力的影响效应后发现,企业盲目跟进数字化转型并不利于提升其核心竞争力。从行业、所有制属性和省域数字经济发展水平进行异质性分析的结果表明,数字化转型对制造业企业、民营企业和低数字经济发展水平地区企业的核心竞争力存在负面影响,其他类型企业数字化转型与其核心竞争力之间不存在显著的相关关系。进一步研究发现,数字化转型是通过稀释企业创新资源进而在短期内弱化了企业核心竞争力,经一系列稳健性检验后上述结果仍然成立。研究结论揭示,虽然从长远来看基于人工智能技术革命的数字化会造福社会企业和个人,但是在短期却隐藏着陷阱,所以在数字经济基本秩序和市场机制尚待完善条件下,寻求跨周期生存发展的企业需要审慎权衡技术变革中的成本收益与风险控制。
