工程质量问题不仅涉及到生产的工艺水平和企业经营策略方面的问题,而且也是一个与人的道德责任紧密相关的问题。本文考察分析了我国近年来一系列质量问题及其重大事故的各种直接原因,揭示出当前工程腐败、质量滑坡与人们道德责任感弱化的内在联系。文章特别阐述了工程技术人员在工程质量上承担的特殊道义责任,指出工程技术人员的工作决不仅仅是维护本单位利益或执行上司的意志,在许多情况下,他们必须在个人利益与国家和人民的生命财产之间作出选择。

Projects quality not only deals with the technological level of production and the management tactics of enterprises,but also with human morality and responsibility.This thesis investigates and analyzes every direct reasons which led a whole train of quality problems and accidents.It points out the internal relation between project corruption,quality decline and the weakness of human morality and responsibility.Technicians should take special moral responsibility for projects quality.It is not the only aim to safeguard the enterprises' interests or obey the superiors' intentions.Mostly a choice has to be made between personal interests and the interests of the people and country.
