"数字健康"时代,面对同一则健康信息,为何有人相信有人质疑?本研究以饮酒话题为对象,从信息特征和个体差异二元视角出发,从论据质量、来源专业性和个体认知需求三个维度,通过实验法探讨个体认知需求与信息特征对健康信息信任和行为意向的影响。研究发现,在对健康信息加工处理过程中,论据质量和来源专业性往往双管齐下发挥作用,无论是信息信任还是行为意向,公众都更看重论据质量;而健康行为意向方面,论据质量、来源专业性和认知需求共同决定公众行为反馈。本研究发现有助于生产出与个人认知需求相匹配的数字化健康干预信息,并及时澄清健康伪信息和健康谣言。
